The Directory of Higher Education Institutions and Programs: AY 2008/09 is published for the following purposes:

   1. To provide students and parents information on higher education institutions (HEIs) and their program offerings; and

   2. To elicit comments and feedback from the concerned officials of HEIs on the contents of the directory with the end view of correcting the entries if errors are found.
